This property has two cottages, the UPPER cottage and the lower cottage, great property for family reunions. The property is directly on the beach access just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. It has gulf views and each cottage has 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths with an open floor plan and a 40ft long balcony. Each cottage sleeps 6 and has a washer and dryer in the unit, central heat and air, WiFi and HD flat screen TVs in the living area and master bedroom. Each kitchen is fully equipped with regular size appliances, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Towels and linens are also provided. There is a large patio with bbq grills, sitting area and a fire pit. There is plenty of outdoor space to sit and relax with a glass of wine, read a book or just enjoy the beautiful weather. The cottages are within walking distance to several restaurants, doughnut shop, ice cream parlor and drugstore. The trolley stop, nearby allows one to explore many miles along the gulf beaches. Indian rocks beach is on a beautiful barrier island on the gulf of Mexico. The large balcony, patio and the salt air contribute to creating a very relaxing ‘old Florida’ feeling.
